These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours, services, and bookings made with Morocco Desert Voyage. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once:
- We receive the required payment or deposit, and
- You receive a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Payments
- Payments can be made online through secure third-party payment providers.
- Morocco Desert Voyage does not store credit or debit card details.
- Prices are confirmed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 25 days before the tour start date
- 50% refund for cancellations made 10 to 25 days before the tour start date
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start date
All cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Morocco Desert Voyage reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary when necessary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road conditions
- Safety reasons
- Local circumstances beyond our control
Any changes will aim to maintain the quality and value of the experience.
5. Responsibility & Liability
- Morocco Desert Voyage acts as a tour organizer and coordinator.
- We are not responsible for delays, injuries, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, or actions of third parties.
- Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers have valid travel insurance covering:
- Medical expenses
- Trip cancellation
- Personal belongings
7. Health & Fitness
Some tours involve walking, driving long distances, or desert conditions.
By booking, travelers confirm they are physically fit to participate or will inform us of any medical conditions in advance.
8. Use of Website
